ORDER : 1. Special leave granted. We have heard learned counsel for both the parties. On the appellant depositing with Respondent No. 3. The Cabinet Secretariat Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. the amount due by him towards the flat in question along with simple interest from the date of default upto the date of payment at the rate of 19.5% per annum within eight weeks from today the appellant shall be re-admitted as member of the co-operative society and allotted the flat which had been reserved for allotment in his favour. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount inclusive of interest within eight weeks this appeal shall be treated as having been dismissed. The appeal is accordingly allowed.
