(1) IN view of the judgment of this court in Jagdish v. Nathimal Kejriwal these appeals have to be allowed and are allowed. The suit for pre-emption is dismissed. Shri Rajendra Sachhar contends that the judgment is wrong and that it requires reconsideration. We are not prepared to accede to his request to reconsider the judgment. No costs.
