ORDER : The application for appointment of a Receiver and other applications are being taken up by the High Court on January 28, 1987. We trust that it will be possible for the High Court to proceed with the hearing of the applications from day to day and pass orders thereon as soon as possible thereafter. With this observation we pass no further orders on this Special Leave Petition.
