(1) THE present application for review or modification as styled, is nob an appropriate application for the reliefs claimed in the petition are unable to entertain the petition and accordingly reject it. If so advised, bhe petitioner may move the High court under Article 226 of the Constitution by a separate application in regard bo his alleged solitary confinement and his request for books, medical aid, radio and religious worship.
