ORDER : 1. In Item No. 1 : The time fixed by this Court in its Judgment dated December 20, 1986 for the institution of suits by the Delhi Legal Aid and Advice Board is extended by further three months from today. 2. This extension has been necessitated by the difficulty experienced by the Delhi Legal Aid and Advice Board in obtaining funds from the Delhi Administration. It may be noted that the Judgment aforesaid of this Court directed the Delhi Administration to provide necessary funds for that purpose to the Delhi Legal Aid and Advice Board. We I trust that the Delhi Administration will take expeditious steps for complying with the direction made by this Court in the Judgment aforesaid. 3. The application is disposed of accordingly. 4. In Item No. 24 : The Delhi Legal Aid and Advice Board will issue I public notice inviting claims consequent upon the Judgment of this Court dated December 20, 1986. Public notice shall be issued only once as early as possible. The Delhi Legal Aid and Advice Board will scrutinise all claims filed before it including the earlier 1800 claims before initiating actions in respect thereof in order to prevent frivolous action being instituted. 5. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
