ORDER : 1. Upon being mentioned by Mr. Soli J. Sorabjee, Sr. Adv, this writ petition was taken on Board today and upon hearing Counsel the Court made the following order 2. Shri Soli J. Sorabjee, Sr. Adv. assisted by Shri Mohan Parasaran, Adv, appearing for the petitioner, makes a statement that a resolution moved by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu was carried this morning and the petitioner's husband S. Balasubramanian, Editor of Ananda Vikadan, has since been released from detention. In view of this, Shri Sorabjee seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and does not wish to press the same. This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
