Learned Counsel stated stated that in the light of the, physical condition of the person the question of sentence deserves a little consideration He has produced a certificate dated 20th, May, 1976. He prays for four weeks time to produce the latest certificate from a Civil Surgeon. Four weeks' time is granted. The matter is adjourned to be listed after four weeks.
