JUDGMENT Om Prakash, J. - This is a revision against the order dated 14th October, 1986 rejecting the application of the applicants that they having attained majority be permitted to file their written statements. When the revision was filed, a stay order was granted on 20th October, 1986 that judgment shall not be pronounced. The opposite party has made an application to vacate the stay order. 2. Learned Counsel for the opposite party submits that the revision be allowed, the applicants be permitted to file their written statements and the court be directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 3. This being so, the revision is accordingly allowed, the applicants arc permitted to file their written statements and the court below is directed to dispose of the suit as far as possible within three months. 4. Let a copy of this order be supplied to counsel for the opposite party today on payment of usual charges.
