ORDER : 1. Issue notice and stay in all the matter where it is not issued. 2. The interim order passed in these cases are modified as follows 3. No hawker shall carry on business within 30 yards from main gates of Safdarjang and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. 4. No person shall occupy anywhere an area more than 6' X 4'. 5. No hawker shall sub-let the place now occupied by him. 6. All these cases are referred to a bench of 5 judges with liberty to mention to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for an early date of hearing. These cases have to be heard expeditiously. Every petitioner shall produce the original documents, photocopies of which have been produced in the Court before the next date of hearing and those cases where original documents are not produced are liable to be dismissed. Whatever interim orders are made will continue subject to the above modifications.
