ORDER : 1. Issue notice. Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are directed to take adequate steps to secure compliance with the Court's order and to ensure that the institution is not closed down. Respondent Nos. I & 2 will report to this Court within one month from today the action taken by them to secure compliance with the Court's order. Respondent Nos. 4 A, 5 are directed to re-instate Puran Chand and Karam Pall, suspended employees within two weeks from today.
