ORDER : Civil Writ Petition No. 2821/1986: 1. Union of India v. C.B. Gautam pending before the Delhi High Court is withdrawn to this court, to be heard by this Court. Having regard to the other cases, pending in the different High Courts we do not think that it is necessary to transfer these cases to this Court. We think the purpose will be served if the final disposal of those cases is stayed. The High Courts will be at liberty to dispose of any interlocutory application filed before them.
