JUDGMENT : Sabyasachi Mukharji and G.L. Oza, JJ. - Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case we direct that the application for allotment and the application for release should be disposed of by the appropriate authority on merits within a period of four months from today. Premises will continue in possession until the disposal that matter. With these observations the SLP is disposed of. Decided accordingly.
