(1) THERE shall be stay of dispossession till three weeks after the opening of the court after Summer Vacation, 1987. In the meantime issue notice on Respondents returnable one week after the opening of the court after the Summer Vacation. Dasti service of notice is permitted in addition to usual service. If any convenient arrangement can be made, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that his client is ready and willing to shift the institution. (2) CERTIFIED copy of the impugned judgment of the High court shall be filed as soon as possible. The petitioner is permitted to file additional grounds. (3) A copy of the order duly certified by the Joint Registrar of the Supreme court be handed over to the Advocate-on-Record today.
