ORDER : G.L. Oza, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner frankly states that he does not want to have any lien in the Higher Judicial Service under the Delhi High Court and the High Court is free to terminate the lien from the date they so choose. In this view of the matter there is no question of the petitioner going back in the Higher judicial Service. Consequently nothing survives in this petition. The petitioner, however, is entitled to continue as a Judicial Member of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal under the rules. The petition is therefore disposed of accordingly. A copy of the order should be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner immediately.
