JUDGMENT 1. - The accused has filed the application under section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order of the Judicial Magistrate (No 4 Jodhpur) dated July 12, 1982 by which charges under sections 42U and 448 IPC were framed against the accused petitioner and the co-accused Tahkat Singh. I have gone through the impugned order. The learned Magistrate has advanced cogent reason for framing the charges against the accused persons. I find no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr. PC. has no merit and it is, therefore, dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
