ORDER : 1. Issue notice returnable within one week to the respondents. In the meanwhile Mr. K.B. Lal, Deputy Registrar of this Court is appointed receiver for the purpose of taking possession of premises No. C-219, Greater Kailash, Part I, New Delhi and after taking possession should make the inventory of the same and handover the possession for the time being to the petitioner who will hold subject to the order of this Court till further orders of the Court and we also direct that, if necessary, police help may be taken for taking over and handing over the possession of the above premises. A copy of the order be handed over to the petitioner today.
