ORDER : 1. In view of the contentions raised in the CMP No. 16635/87, until the main matter is heard and disposed of the Board of Directors would continue with one more Director in place of Shri B.K. Jain who has already retired. The name of the Director be nominated by Mr. K. Parasaran, Attorney General from the Ministry of Textiles and if not available then from any other Ministry/Organisation. The learned Attorney General will suggest the name to the Managing Director of Swadesh Polytex Ltd. on or before 31.7.87 and within three days thereafter he will start functioning and no policy decision would be implemented without his consent and knowledge. In case of any difference or difficulties the parties will be at liberty to approach this Court. 2. The CMP is disposed of accordingly. 3. Rest of the matters will be listed on 8.9.87 subject to overnight part heard.
