(3) WE are satisfied that the respondents 17 and 18 are not entitled to run a press on the back side of plot No. 19. We were prepared to afford an opportunity to these two respondents to go before the civil court and establish such right of user and make an interim arrangement by temporary injunction, but Mr. Thakur, their learned counsel, does not want to go before the court with such a claim. On the other hand, he wants reasonable time to shift to a new and unobjectionable premises. (4) BY consent of the appellant, respondents 17 and 18 are allowed time till 31/01/1988 for the shifting. Until then, the press may operate at the present site, but with effect from 1/02/1988, the respondents shall not be permitted to run the press on plot No. 19 or its backyard. (5) THE appeal is allowed and disposed of as above. The order of the High court is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
