ORDER : 1. On 9.3.87 we issued Notice in this Writ Petition to consider the following two questions : 1. Whether the employee of the National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) will continue to be the employee of the National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) at the place to which is transferred. 2. Whether the previous service put in by the transferred employee is taken into consideration in fixing the seniority at the place to which he or she is transferred. 2. The learned counsel for National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) submits that the transferred employee will continue to be the employee of the National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) at the place to which he or she is transferred and his or her seniority in the National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) will remain unaffected. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the National Textile Corporation (Holding Company) the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
