ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the respondent in the CMP states that his client has the highest regard for the High Court of Delhi and he never intended to violate any instructions or orders of the High Court, however, if there has been any technical breach of rules according to the High Court, which according to respondent there has not been, then he expressed his regret for the same and his apologies for the same may be accepted. In the facts and circumstances his lien on judicial service shall stand terminated. In the premises no further order is necessary. 2. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
