JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner is in custody for about a year. This Court directed on 4-6-87 for conclusion of the trial within three months but trial has not so far been concluded and it is submitted that cognizance has been taken against two more accused reasons. A fresh trial will have to be conducted. Besides that I have perused the statement of Bhikh Singh injured. In the light of his statement, it would be proper to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. Accordingly this application for bail is allowed and it is ordered that the applicant Vagua be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond into sum of Rs. 3000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Sirohi, for his appearance in that Court.Bail granted. *******
