JUDGMENT 1. - I have gone through the order of the Sessions Judge Ganganagar dated 25th September 1987. I have also perused the first information report and the statement of Mst. Ratni wife of Magni Ram petitioner No. 2. In view of the proposition of law, relating to dowry articles retained and converted for their own use by the persons against whom such allegations are made so as to constitute an offence under Section 406 I.P.C. laid down by their Lordships of the Supreme Court in Pratibha Rani v. Suraj Kumar and Another reported in (1985) 2 S.C.C. 370 I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to either of the petitioners. 2. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.Application dismissed. *******
