(1) WE think that in the circumstances of the case the interests of justice require that the students of the appellant/petitioners should be permitted to appear in the ensuing supplemental examination to be condueled by the Director of government Examination and the Director of School Education and the results declared thereafter. (2) THE appeals and the special leave petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
