ORDER : A.P. Sen J. - We do not think that it is proper to interfere at this stage under Article 32 of the Constitution. 2. We are informed that a similar petition on identical facts has been moved in the High Court by the petitioner's son R. Damodran under Article 226 of the Constitution, being Writ Petition No. 11398/86. We hope and trust that the High Court will find it possible to dispose of the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible; and, in the meanwhile, see to it that there is proper implementation by the Inspector General of Police, Tamil Nadu, of its interim order dated October 30, 1986. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
