ORDER : 1. Special Leave Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the observation that the application made by the petitioners for furnishing the list of witnesses subsequently should be taken up and disposed of in accordance with law and on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case, and until such application disposed of, the petitioners need not file any list of witnesses.
