ORDER : 1. The matter was called on for further hearing. 2. Mr. Ramaswami resumed his arguments at 12.40 p.m. and concluded at 2.30 p.m. Thereafter Mr. Divan advanced his arguments till 3.05 p.m. Mr. Ramaswami spoke for ten minutes. Hearing in W.P. Nos, 794, 798 & 751/86 concluded and the Court reserved its Judgment. 3. W.P. Nos. 126,0/85 and 13031/85 will be listed for hearing after the pronouncement of Judgment in W.P. Nos. 751, 794 & 798/86. 4. Upon the statement on behalf of State of Jammu and Kashmir it is conceded by the learned Additional Solicitor General of India, Mr. G. Ramaswamy, who appears for the respondent, that the impugned enactment being prospective in operation the private parties before us in the several cases will be entitled to the possession of such amount of olio resin gum as have passed into their ownership under the terms of the agreement or otherwise prior to the date before this impugned Statute came into force. 5. Except for a total of 6,500/- metric tons of olio resin gum which would be reserved for distribution to the individual private parties before us in the event of relief being granted to them in these cases, which will be distributable pro-rata according to the respective entitlements, balance of olio resin gum is released from the operation of our order dated July 3, 1986 read with order dated August 11, 1986. 6. The Additional Solicitor General is permitted to file the written statements by January 21, 1987 and the learned counsel for private parties by January 27, 1987.
