JUDGMENT 1. - Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. In view of the fact that on 16-4-87 learned Counsel were on strike, I consider it proper in the interest of justice to allow petitioner to deposit the expenses of the witnesses and to summon the witnesses, This petition is accordingly allowed and order of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rota dated 16-4-87 is set aside and the petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount of expenses of witnesses on or before 10-12-87. On depositing the expenses for witnesses, the witnesses would be summoned,Petition allowed. *******
