JUDGMENT : Ranganath Misra, J. - These appeals are also by special leave. The appellants in these cases are the employees of the U.P. State Handloom Corporation. The facts of the cases are similar to those of Civil Appeal No. 4438 of 1985, disposed of by us today. For the reasons indicated in the said judgment, the appeals are dismissed. We however direct the Corporation to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/-, (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to each of the appellants for the reasons and considerations indicated in the connected judgment.
