ORDER : 1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and we do not consider it necessary to interfere in the proceeding. It is open to the applicant, National Textile Corporation (U.P.) Limited to establish its title in an independent proceeding and it will be open to the Court entertaining such proceeding to pass such orders as it considered appropriate in the interest of justice. With these observations the application is rejected.
