JUDGMENT 1. - It is a case where deceased Mohar Singh died of having one injury on his head by lathi, which is said to be in the hand of the accused. The accused also received 7 injuries, though simple, including two by sharp weapon. There is a cross case also. 2. I allow this application and it is directed that the accused petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with stipulation to appear in that court or any other Court and that he shall remain present on all dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.Application allowed. *******
