Services of the surplus labour of Baira Sul project will not be terminated except in accordance with law and they will be absorbed in the infra-structural work as per the settlement and in accordance with the recommendations of the State Advisory Board as and when the vacancies in respect of such work will occur. The surplus labour may also be absorbed in such work in other projects. (3) THE appeal is disposed of accordingly.
