(2) AFTER hearing arguments, we direct the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to give a hearing to the appellant, the Tamil Nadu agriculturists Association and pass appropriate orders after considering their grievances in accordance with law. The Board will also hear other interested parties, if they approach the Board. This order shall not be treated as a precedent in any other case.
