Yadav, J. - Since the ex-parte order has been set aside and the matter has been restored, Parties shall have the opportunity of being heard and the parties can be heard by Deputy Director of Consolidation before reference afresh. 2. Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and considering the circumstances of the case I find no merit in the petition. The Deputy 1990 after hearing counsel for the parties it is however made clear that no fresh grievance will be looked into and the reference would be decided strictly within its scope.
