(1) IT is directed thatthe Presiding Officer, Labour court, Sambaipur (Orissa) shall, after examiningthe matter, pass appropriate orders for implementation of this courtS order dated 13/08/1985. It is further directed that wheneverthe employes found entitled to some amount of arrears, they shall aiso be paid in addition to arrears, 10 per cent per annum interest onthe arrears fromthe date ofthe order of this court which remain due for more than a year.the Labour court shall hear boththe parties and pass appropriate orders implementingthe judgment of this court.the Labour court shall submit its report to this court after passingthe appropriate orders as expeditiousiy as possible preferably within four months. (2) THE employes found entitled to some arrears shall be paid admitted amounts as expeditiousiy as possible. COURT Master
