ORDER : Ranganath Misra and Murari Mohon Dutt, JJ. 1.These applications were heard on 28th July, 1987 and orders were reserved. 2. While the Miscellaneous Application filed in these writ petitions being CMP No. 7667 of 1987 was disposed of by order dated 3rd August, 1987, by oversight it was not stated therein that there was no further order necessary in the writ petitions in view of what has been stated in the order on that date. 3. We now dispose of the writ petitions by indicating that no further directions are necessary as the matter involved in the writ petitions has been finally disposed of while dealing with the miscellaneous application. 4.
