(1) THE parties are at liberty to make fresh submission before the High Power Pay Committee with regard to interim relief, additional dearness allowance etc. including the legality or otherwise of the Circular dated 30/10/1987 with regard to the adjustment of the advance payment of Rs.2,500.00. It would be open to the High Power Pay Committee to make necessary directions with regard to these matters after hearing all the parties. The applications and Writ Petition are disposed of accordingly.
