(1) THE point in these Civil Appeals are covered by the judgment of this court STATE OF GUJARAT AND OTHERS V. PARSHOTTAMDOS RAMDAS PATEL AND OTHERS(JT 1987(4) S.C.323 (2) IT is stated by Mr. Lalit that the appellants had also filed writ Petition challenging the constitutional validity of some of the provisions of the Urban Land Ceiling Act. The said Writ Petitions were wrongly tagged with certain appeals relating to the Agriculture Land Ceiling Act, with the dismissal of the appeats the said Writ Petition were also dismissed. An application for restoration of the Writ Petition has been made by the appellants. The application will be considered and disposed of independently on its ownmerits without taking into considrearation the dismissal of the said appeal.
