ORDER In this case, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to give them all the benefits that the teachers in Government Primary schools are getting. 2. The petitioners assert that the teachers of all aided Minority Primary Schools in Bihar are entitled to get same and similar benefits as the teachers of Government Schools are getting. The claims of the petitioners have been accepted by the respondents in the counter affidavit except leave travel concession So far leave travel concession is concerned, I am in. formed that by recent circular this benefit has been extended to the teachers also. However, that circular is not before me but it cannot be disputed that if that benefit is extended to the Government teachers, the teachers of all aided minority primary schools are also entitled to it. 3. In view of the facts noticed above, the petitioners must succeed in this application and it is held that teachers of all aided minority primary schools shall be entitled to all benefits including difference of pay and arrears according to difference of pay and arrears according to the 3rd and 4th pay revision committee which teachers of Government Schools are 'getting.
