ORDER 1. Special leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsel for appellant and Mrs. B. Datta, Additional director General. Taking all aspects of the case considerationwe feel that the appellant shall be directed to be appointed as a Lower Deputy Clerk in the North Eastern Railway for the minimum qualification prescribed matriculation examination. We direct that appellant shall be so appointed within months from today. The arrears of salary, payable to the appellant for the post he holding may be disbursed within 15 days. 3.
