JUDGMENT : 1. The application above-mentioned being called on for hearing before this Court on the 9th day of May, 1988, UPON perusing the i application and bearing Counsel for the appearing Parties herein, THIS COURT, DOTH ORDER that the Metropolitan Magistrate 10th Court, Ahmedabad, shell do enforce its order dated 28th February, 1983 passed in Criminal Application No. 192 of 1982 directing Respondent No. 2 herein viz. Idrishbhai Haji Yakubbhai to pay to the petitioner herein maintenance of Rs. 350/- per month, made up of Rs. 250/- per month for herself and Rs. 100/- for the child Rafik, for the period subsequent to May 19, 1986, upto-date; 2. And this court doth further order that this order be punctually observed and carried into execution by all 4 concerned : 3. WITNESS the Hon’ble Shri Raghunandan Swarup Pathak, Chief Justice of India at the Supreme Court, New Delhi, dated this the 9th day of May, 1988.
