ORDER : Criminal Misc. Petition No. 1964/88. 1. The petition filed by the petitioner pertaining to facilities of inter view and other matters, it is directed that the authorities concerned may consider the prayer and whatever is permissible under the rules may be provided to the petitioner. 2. As regards wound where bullet is lodged inside the body, the petitioner has made some grievance. The authorities will see that he is medically examined and adequate arrangements are made for that I purpose. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 5711/87. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties in respect of articles mentioned at page 19 i.e. (i) the apparel worn by Smt. Indira Gandhi at ,time she was shot at, (ii) her umbrella, and (iii) her sandals. The I secretary of Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust has also filed an undertaking that these articles will be kept in the museum and will be preserved and kept in the same condition and if necessary and directed by this Court, shall be produced as and when so required. In view of this undertaking, we see no reason not to direct that these three articles 2 be given over to Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust. These articles be entrusted to the Secretary of the said Trust. Writ Petition (Crl.) No: 746/87. 4. Writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 5. Hearing concluded in the above matters and the Court reserved its 25 Judgment.
