JUDGMENT K.P. Singh, J. - Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners. This Writ Petition is directed against the judgment of the revisional court dated 30-7-1988 in Revision No. 326-Chitai v. Ram Chet and others. 2. The only ground urged before me is that the revision petition has been allowed without affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioners. If the allegations made by the Petitioners are correct, I have no doubt that the revisional court will recall its order dated 30-7-88 and afford an opportunity to the Petitioners and thereafter decide the revision petition strictly in accordance with law. Since this question relates to question of fact which can better be appreciated by the revisional Court, it is not proper to entertain this Writ Petition and delay the matter. 3. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of finally at this stage but it is expected that the revisional court shall carry out the spirit of the order if the allegations made by the Petitioners are correct.
