JUDGMENT 1. - Kumari Sunita Massey has been produced before the Court in pursuance of the order passed on 12.10.1988. Her statement was recorded on oath. She has stated that she has not been kept in any wrongful confinement and is willing to stay with her father. In view of her statement, the contentions raised by the petitioner in the petition do not stand substantiated. Consequently, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed. Kumari Sunita Massey is free to live according to her choice wherever she wants since she is major. Her father is present in Court with whom she wants to go. It is directed that the police Officer who has produced her before the Court shall escort her safely to the residence of her father.Petition dismissed. *******
