JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Attorney General reports that five appointments to this Court and 18 appointments in six High Courts have been made and says that if some more time to fill up remaining vacancies in the different High Courts is given the same would be done. The Writ Petitions shall now be listed on 2 February, 1989. We hope and expect that the assurance shall be worked out. 2. We do not require the papers to be produced before us as the files shall be required to process the appointment of the High Court Judges.
