ORDER : 1. On the most peculiar facts and circumstances of this case a sum of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid by way of interim compensation by the respondent-State to the petitioner in addition to any compensation already paid to the petitioner. The amount will be deposited by the State in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today and it will be open to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw that amount for onward transmission to the petitioner. This payment will be made to the petitioner regardless of the result of the Writ Petition. 2. List the matter after four weeks.
