ORDER Heard Counsel for the parties. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the writ application the State Government has withdrawn the paddy levy order and, therefore, the demand of levy as well as notice for cancellation of the licence be quashed. Mr. Ramesh Jha, Junior Counsel to Standing Counsel No. II confirms that the paddy levy order has been withdrawn by the State Government by Notification No. 48 dated 13.4.1989. There is thus no case for assessment of levy and for cancellation of licence. 3. Accordingly, Annexures 2 2A' and 2B' are hereby quashed. 4. This application is allowed accordingly.
