(1) ISSUE notice, (2) THE petitioner in this petition, Tara Chand, who is serving imprisonment for life as the convict in the central Jail, Jaipur, shall be enlarged on parole by the Inspector General of Prisons, Rajasthan and the Jail Superintendent of Jaipur before 5.00 p.m. today to enable him to appear in the M.A. (Previous) Sociology examination of the University of Rajasthan which commences on 27/04/1989. He shall be on parole till 20/05/1989. This order shall be communicated to the Inspector General of Prisons, Rajasthan and the Jail Superintendent of Jaipur telegraphically by 3.00 p.m. Post this case on the reopening day for disposal.
