JUDGMENT 1. 1. Heard. This is the second petition filed by Gulam Mustafa for granting parole to him in order to solemnise the marriage of his daughter. His earlier application was withdrawn by him because the proper authorities were not made parties as the respondents. Removing that defect, the present petition has been filed. 2. Reasons being sufficient, we allow the application of the petitioner Gulam Mustafa. The sentence awarded to accused Gulam Mustafa shall remain suspended for the period from 7.5.1989 to 20.5.1989 and he will be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the amount of Rs. 10,000/- together with two sureties, each in the amount of Rs. 5000/- to the satisfaction of the Addl. Registrar (Judi.) Raj. High Court Bench, Jaipur. The accused will surrender before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jaipur on 21-5-89. The Supdt. Central Jail, Jaipur will report by 25-5-89 whether the accused Gulam Mustafa has surrendered or not. *******
