ORDER : 1. The petitioners who have applied to the South Eastern Railways should be considered for appointment in accordance with the Notification dated 8th January, 1978 as well as in accordance with the directions contained in the Circular dated 25th June, 1980. Vacancies should be filled in after taking into consideration the applications by the handicapped persons in accordance with these directions. This is in continuation of the directions already given by this court by its orders dated 26th July, 1988 and 6th January, 1989. These directions will be applicable only in respect of the vacancies to be filled up hereafter. CMP NOS.5959-60 of 1989 2. These matters are adjourned to 2nd August, 1989.
