ORDER : 1. Since it is not disputed that the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council which issued the impugned warrant on 16.3.1984 has since been abolished, we find that this Writ Petition questioning the impugned warrant asking the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad to produce the petitioner before the Bar of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council for the purpose of admonishing him for committing the alleged breach of privilege of that House, has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of accordingly.
